Cancellation policy

All bookings can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. No reason is required.

If you cancel within 30 days of scheduled arrival, we bill 50% of the total price.
In the event of no-show, we bill 100% of the total price.

The non-cancellable rates are an exception to this.
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
