Our services

Our house is supplied every day from the "backery Wieser". It supplies with freshly baked pastries. We kindly ask you to fill in the order form waiting at the reception and leave it until 17:00 o´clock.

Our reception is open according to the notice on the reception door. Check in time is between 15.00 und 18.00 o´clock. If you arrive later, please contact us under the following number +43 680 2214470.
Check out is at 10:00 o´clock.

Late check-out is possible on request. The costs are € 100,- for the large apartments and € 60,- for the small apartments.

You can park your car in our garage. An underground car parking costs € 20,- per day. We ask you to reserve during the booking process. There are also plenty of parking in the open air, which are free. For every booked apartment is one parkplace for free.

Charge your electric car at our 2 charging stations with 11 kW power each. You can easily pay by credit card, Paypal or a standard charging card.

Hand and bath towel change and cleaning service is included once free of charge for stays of 7 nights or more.

For your little ones we can provide a cot.

We are pet friendly, and as long as your 4-legged friend knows how to behave (eg is housebroken and is not allowed to go to bed or on the couch), he is with us for an extra charge of € 15,- per day and also welcome. Otherwise, you have expect a higher charge for the final cleaning.

You have free wi-fi in all apartments.

In the storage room on the ground floor, you can set skis, boots and strollers.

The lockable bike room is located in our underground garage.

E-bikes can be charged free of charge at our own charging station.

If you arrive by plane and need a taxi, we can arrange for you.

Our reception staff is happy to provide you with inside information on hiking destinations and you can purchase a trail map of the Austrian Alpine Club.

A voucher is always a good idea! Just send an e-mail and you, the voucher will be shipped.

We recommend the company Bründl Sports directly at the Planai valley station - only 200 meters from our house.
